Terms of use
The ground rules for this site.
Last updated 1 November 2026.
Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Thomas Dunn, an executive coaching practice based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Throughout these terms, “we” and “I” mean that practice, and “you” means anyone visiting the site. Questions about anything here can go to tdagent@proton.me.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, quote and share what is published here. You agree not to use the site to break the law, to attempt to gain access to systems or data you have no right to, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or to copy its content wholesale and present it as your own.
What this site is not
Everything published here is general commentary on leadership and business, written for a broad audience. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for professional advice about your specific circumstances. Reading this site does not create a coaching relationship or any other professional relationship. That begins only when we both agree to it in writing.
Results
The testimonials on this site describe the real experiences of individual clients, shared with their permission. They are not a promise, a guarantee or a prediction of what coaching, a peer group or a planning day will do for you. Outcomes depend on your situation and on the work you put in.
Content and ownership
The text, photographs, video, logos and design of this site belong to Thomas Dunn or are used with permission from the people who own them. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is fine. Republishing substantial portions, or using the brand marks, needs written permission first.
What you send us
If you send a message through the contact form or by email, you confirm the information is yours to share and that it is accurate. We treat what you send as confidential and use it only to reply to you. How that information is stored is covered on the privacy page.
Links to other sites
This site links to books, organisations and other websites we think are worth your time. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or how they handle your information.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at every moment. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from reliance on anything published here.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the practice or the site changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, and the courts of Louisiana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
