The short version
This site does not run analytics, does not set advertising cookies, and does not track you across other websites. The only personal information it ever receives is what you choose to type into the contact form.
Who is responsible
Thomas Dunn, an executive coaching practice in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is responsible for this site and for any information you send through it. You can reach us at tdagent@proton.me about anything on this page, including a request to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
What we collect
What you send us. If you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and the message you write. We use it to reply to you and to arrange a conversation, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.
Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare Pages, keeps standard technical logs of requests to the site — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure for security and reliability, are not linked to you by name, and we do not use them to build a profile of you. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.
What we do not collect. No analytics platform, no advertising pixels, no social media trackers, no session recording, no fingerprinting, and no cookies set by us.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Because of that, there is no cookie banner to click through. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from attack; it carries no advertising or analytics function.
How long we keep things
Messages you send through the contact form are kept in our email for as long as the conversation is useful, and are deleted on request. Host logs are retained on Cloudflare's standard schedule, which is a matter of days, not years.
Who else sees your information
Our email provider and our website host process information on our behalf so the site and our inbox can work. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. Beyond that, we share nothing, except where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email tdagent@proton.me and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data protection rights, such as the EU, the UK or California, those rights apply and we will honour them.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners and leaders. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and traffic between your browser and our host is encrypted. No website can promise perfect security, but we keep the attack surface small by collecting as little as possible in the first place.
Changes
If we add a booking tool, an email newsletter or analytics later, we will update this page before turning it on, and the date at the top will change.
